Reframe Holdings Acquires Newly Built Storage Facility in Pawleys Island

Reframe Holdings has acquired Pawleys Island Storage, a 397-unit, 49,600-square-foot climate-controlled facility on Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Completed in 2024, the property includes four single-story buildings and 14 parking spaces. Previously self-managed, the facility was rebranded to Public Storage under Reframe’s ownership after closing.
