Murrells Inlet Storage Joins the Reframe Holdings Portfolio

Reframe Holdings has acquired Murrells Inlet Storage, a 590-unit, 79,300-square-foot climate-controlled facility on the HWY 17 Bypass S in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Built in 2022, the property spans nine single-story buildings with 28 parking spaces. The facility was previously self-managed. Following closing, Reframe oversaw its rebranding to Public Storage.
